Reservation Policy

Check in, Check out, Early arrivals, Late departures, Luggage storage:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00 noon
Late Check outs are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

If you arrive early and we have a room ready, we can check you in early.
Luggage storage is available at no extra charge.

Each room is guaranteed one free parking space.  We have limited parking so more than one parking spot is available through the manager’s discretion and may require a fee.

Room Policies:
2 people per bed per room maximum.
No smoking allowed per City of Chatham.
No pets allowed.
While rooms assigned will be at the confirmed rate, we cannot guarantee accommodations in a specific room. The management will do their very best to honor your preference, but respectfully request your understanding of changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policies:
Full payment with a credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
Driver's license or passport must be presented at check-in and must match name on credit card.
12.45% tax added to daily rates

If you wish to pay for a room with someone else's credit card, then you must have that cardholder complete a credit card authorization form which can be obtained by calling or emailing the hotel.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your stay with only a $25 cancellation fee. After this grace period, there are no refunds. This includes early departures. If you need to cancel, be sure to obtain a cancellation number to ensure that you will be released from the responsibility for the room. Cancellation Policies may differ for certain time periods.

Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. We have provided a discounted rate in exchange for a guarantee of arrival. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy. If you booked a non-refundable reservation by mistake please contact us within 24 hours of your booking to change to the standard rate and 7-day cancellation policy.

Room Rates:
Rates vary due to supply and demand. Lowest rates can always be obtained directly through the hotel, via website or telephone. This is due to the hotel being forced to pay 25% commission to leading hotel internet booking sites. Click on the website rate calendar or call the hotel directly at 508-945-9757 for rates and availability. All rates are subject to change.

Group Rates:
Any request to book more than 2 rooms is considered a group reservation request. Please call the hotel directly to discuss group reservation requests.

Corporate Rates:
We do not offer special corporate rates. We do offer the lowest available rate to all of our customers all the time. This policy reduces administrative management costs and allows us to pass the savings on to you. Please note that when we develop relationships with businesses and repeat customers, we offer them special treatment such as free upgrades, discounts on rooms for groups and longer stays, family and friend rates, etc.

Wedding Blocks & Group Buy-outs:
Our policy is that we do not reserve partial blocks of rooms for weddings at any time. We would be happy to discuss a hotel buy-out. A buy-out guarantees 23 rooms and exclusive access to all common areas for just your guests. We would be happy to tell you about our hotel and room rates if you would like to recommend us to your guests. If the bride or groom chooses to recommend us (for which we will be very grateful), please inform us of your plan and we will educate our staff to expect the calls.
